Robert Schein is a Managing Director and Partner of HighTower Blanke Schein Wealth Management. With more than 20 years of experience as a financial professional, Robert demonstrates a strong commitment to his clients and community.
Robert leads the asset allocation, design and implementation of an investment portfolio review process. He specializes in developing and supporting investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families with complex estate, as well as philanthropic and retirement planning needs.
Robert also specializes in the leadership of a community and forum where independent women can acquire the confidence to be leaders in their financial lives. As founder of The Society of the F.E.W., he has vowed to empower women with education, support, and community (www.thesofew.com). Recognized for his leadership in this area, Robert has been featured in various publications, such as, the Wall Street Journal, CNBC.com, Forbes, Yahoo! Finance, On Wall Street, Investment News, The Desert Sun and Palm Springs Life. Robert is a national speaker on the topic of financial education for women, and recently was asked to speak at Desert Women’s Show and P.E.O. International.
Robert was honored as a top financial advisor by Reuters Advice Point Top Advisor in 2008. That same year, he co-authored a book, Bridging the Value Gap. Robert graduated from the University of Arizona with a double major in Finance and Marketing. In 2007, he earned his Investment Consultant designation from the Wharton School of Business. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), and holds the Series 7, 63, 65 licenses and is a CA Insurance license holder, 0D16099.
Service above self has been evident in Robert’s community leadership roles, raising well over $2 million dollars for local non-profits. Robert has served on the Board of Directors in many of the Coachella Valley’s youth and education-based institutions, including Family YMCA of the Desert, La Quinta Rotary and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He also served as the President of the Board of Directors for Xavier College Preparatory from 2010-2012. He also designed, implemented and served as Chairman of several Sustaining and Capital Campaigns for Xavier College Preparatory (2006, 2007) and YMCA of the Desert (2004, 2005).
Additionally, Robert and his team have been approved to work with Fidelity Charitable, which specializes in efficient and effective charitable giving solutions used by individuals and families with substantial assets, complex planning needs or tax circumstances.
Robert resides in Indian Wells with his wife and four children.
